  • Maintain infrastructure data related to supply chain, Inventory, serial transactions, procurement and planning processes
  • Provide quick support to inventory interfaces transactions, Procurement issues, ASN's, and Inventory Counts
  • Support Planning run and results analysis
  • Participate in the testing and validation of Oracle implementations to ensure quality and functionality
  • Engage in ongoing learning to expand your knowledge of Oracle products and best practices
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers on client engagements
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of the ERP system and all the connectivity between the modules
  • Must have a quick investigation ability
  • Solution solver
  • Ability to provide solutions
  • Globally view of all logistic modules and their effects on each other
  • Knowledge of the tables behind - advantage

  • Must have good knowledge of the following modules, Setup wise and hands on any transactions
Inventory
  • Setup of inventory org & sub inventory including Inter Org parameters
  • Transactions - ASN's, Transfer Orders, Receiving (TO/PO), Shipping (TO/SO), Investigation of transactions that are stuck
  • Pending transactions
  • Item Cost
  • Inventory - Serials investigations
  • OIC - knowledge of interfaces
Procurement (Inventory & Expense)
  • PR—
PO process * Create Purchase categories
  • Knowledge with approval process/groups
  • Global Procurement
Planning - setup, options
  • Configure WMS modules including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Cycle Count, and RF flows
  • Troubleshoot WMS issues during testing and production, including root‑cause analysis
  • Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration guides, and user documentation
  • Train key users and provide ongoing functional support
  • Configure user roles, permissions, menus, and RF profiles
  • Support WMS configuration changes, version upgrades, and regression testing
