- Provide expert-level support across Oracle Finance Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Cash Management, Transaction Tax, Intercompany, and BPM Approvals.
- Understanding of self-service procurement, approval workflows, Contract module, RFQ, receipt processing, Supplier management, etc will be an added advantage
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record to Report (R2R) lifecycle.
- Good to have technical understanding of BIP, OTBI, OIC, VBCS, etc
- Analyse and resolve ServiceNow tickets, adhering to SLAs.
- Address functional issues through configuration changes and educating users on tool capabilities.
- Support version upgrades and lead service reviews with vendor.
- Support the end user training sessions on Oracle Fusion new processes and functions.
- Promote awareness of audit and compliance principles in daily operations of the team.
- Evaluate new requirements by coordinating with business stakeholders and manage and co-ordinate the implementation lifecycle.
- Act as a primary point of contact for business users regarding Oracle Fusion-related queries and issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
- Participate in change management discussions and impact assessments for new business requirements.
- Allocate and supervise work across team members, ensuring balanced workloads and timely resolution of support tickets.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Monitor team performance against SLAs and drive continuous improvement in support processes.

- Expertise in Oracle Fusion: In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- ERP Experience: Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Finance ERP application support, maintenance, or implementation.
- Configuration Proficiency: Strong practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion configurations.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams, including task allocation and performance supervision.
- Domain Exposure: Background in captive organizations within the banking, insurance, or financial services sectors.
- Innovation & Technology: Exposure to AI enablement within Oracle Fusion modules.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree: In any discipline, preferably in Finance or IT.
- Postgraduate Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent certifications.
- Professional Certifications:
- Oracle certifications in P2P or R2R modules.
- Additional credentials such as CBAP, PMP, or certifications in Business Transformation or Finance Functional domains are a plus.
