Experience of executing end-to-end campaign management for card payment product across customer lifecycle - activation, spends, retention, cross-sell and others
Monitoring of campaign performance, effectiveness, impact and feedback
Experience of working in dynamic environment with cross-functional teams to deliver client objectives and priorities
Develop solutions to aid revenue enhancement and cost optimization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good leadership qualities
Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
