
Marketing Specialist I

- Support HHC customer or industry related events within the IMEA region (trade shows, conferences, open days at our HBF facilities, etc.): Work with regional strategic marketing and commercial team members to identify event needs and support the execution within the budgeted spend for the event.
- Create marketing content and promotional materials according to brand guidelines: Support the HHC market segments in IMEA with updated sell sheets, presentations, videos, blogs, graphics and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with strategic marketing team to develop a comprehensive product launch marcom strategy.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
- Manage and grow social media channels, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement.
- Run paid digital/social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, send, and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials for campaigns and events
- Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Excellent English spoken and written skills.
- Associates degree (or equivalent) in communications, digital marketing, marketing communications or equivalent.
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in a marketing communication or analyst type of role in an industrial or agency environment.
- Ability to manage creative processes and deliver consistent, aligned content across multiple communications channels, including advertising, websites, social media, trade shows and events, media relations, partner programs, and other key communications vehicles and activities.
- Demonstration of excellent writing, editing and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement strong internal and external communications strategies, plans and programs.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Camtasia, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage budgets and outside vendors.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to project manage and collaborate cross culturally.
- Experience with or ability to learn graphic design and video editing software for basic jobs that are not outsourced.

- MBA in digital marketing
