Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers specializing in data engineering and full-stack development. Ensure project milestones and objectives are met with high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership in areas of cloud computing, database management, and application development. Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and integrate them into team practices.
  • Team Building: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Identify individual strengths and areas for development, supporting continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals, expectations, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of software development practices and maintain rigorous standards for code review, testing, and documentation.
  • Innovation and Strategy: Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives, driving innovation and seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manage team resources, including personnel and technology, to maximize productivity and meet evolving business needs.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven track record with 12+ years of leading application development teams. Experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams is highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and database technologies. Familiarity with data engineering and full-stack development frameworks and tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to hire, inspire, motivate, and guide team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to overcoming technical challenges.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
