- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of software development practices and maintain rigorous standards for code review, testing, and documentation.

- Experience: Proven track record with 12+ years of leading application development teams. Experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and database technologies. Familiarity with data engineering and full-stack development frameworks and tools.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to hire, inspire, motivate, and guide team members.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to overcoming technical challenges.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
