Looking to Hire Region & Head of Department and Business Head for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality. Objective of Hiring : Head of Sales Department are professionals who manage staff to accomplish human resource objectives across many different districts. This position has the ability to control significant decisions, recruit new customers, and increase sales by improving employee engagement techniques. Sales Department Responsibilities Include Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Supporting Team Managers with day-to-day sales and operation Evaluating sales and individual performances Job Brief We are looking for a Head of Sales Department to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for Pan India. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing Real Estate Promoters for sales, documentation & operation while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business Responsibilities / Key Area Responsibilities Create Pan India sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Support Brand license Sales Managers / Executives with day-to-day Sales Operation Evaluate individual performances & Follow the sales process with perspective thoroughly. Report on sales results and forecast daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports with accuracy and on time to time sending it to the Top management. Reports should clearly indicate the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and the center's. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople Travel across Regions and Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Open to Making 1st level closure callings or taking Virtual Meetings with Potential Promoters to explain to them our products/services and what we are offering. Should be able to find or suggest Property, Legal View, Layout, Hiring, Training and Marketing plans also make sure of a Successful Launch. Should be able to close the deal and take care of the documentation & operations till the Launch of the ongoing construction. Works closely with the senior of Business Verticals or Managing Directors of Brand Licensing Development on strategic initiatives to achieve goals The above KRA is not limited to only this rest will be given or changed on a timely basis Key Area Indicators Accountable for the performance of business in the East, West, North & South Region. Focused towards delivering both operational and sales efficiency across the Nation Maximize both sales and profit potential from the region through an engaged sales team. Networking with partners such as IPCs, Corporates to make FTV Brand the preferred partner Provide leadership through dedicated focus towards understanding promoters & marketing requirements & tailoring solutions to meet the ever-changing requirements. Coach and develop the sales skills of team by continually raising the level of sales & business acumen within the Company Drive the delivery of center readiness and customer service standards across own area of responsibility. Oversee the correct implementation of operational processes & procedures. Ensure a great customer experience in the region resulting in achieving high customer retention and other operational KPI. Manage the activity/productivity and overall performance of sales & operations teams. Recruit, train, coach and support growth & development. Ensure individual and team performance exceeds expectations Requirements And Skills Proven work 8+ years of experience as a General Manager, Regional Head, National/ Country Head, Zonal Head, City Head, Area Head or similar senior sales role in a ultra-luxury real estate B2B sector Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) Understanding of store Sales & operations Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team Excellent communication and Negotiating skills Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude Able to travel- Will attend launch shows, and conduct market visits with prospects as necessary.
