- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- Experience in programming computational and statistical algorithms for large data sets.
- Understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Excellent command of user research questions and technical tools to analyze data and measure products' user experience and interaction.
- Drive quantitative research for Google Ads Support team.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, UX Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and User Experience Researcher (UXR) partners to deliver impactful research.
- Develop code to retrieve, clean, and analyze large-scale data sets and conduct statistical modeling and analysis to describe user and customer behaviors, using various slicing mechanisms.
- Write, program, and analyze high-quality, international surveys leveraging internal survey tools and external vendors for execution.
- Define processes and procedures for scaling quantitative UXR in a diverse area.
