Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Printing MachinesLocation: BangaloreExperience: 7 to 18 YearsIndustry: Printing Machinery/Industrial Equipment/B2B SalesKey Responsibilities:- Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers/distributors across Karnataka, with a strong focus on the Bangalore region.- Drive sales growth of industrial and commercial printing machines through dealer and channel networks.- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring consistent performance and brand positioning.- Understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor strategies to craft winning proposals.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, service, technical) to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Conduct product demonstrations, dealer training, and promotional events.- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, dealer performance, and market opportunities.Requirements:- Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or dealer onboarding in the printing machinery, industrial equipment, or capital goods sector.- Strong network of dealers and contacts in the B2B/industrial machinery domain.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel across Karnataka as required.- Results-driven and self-motivated professional.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field.- Experience with offset/digital/industrial printing machines is a plus.- Kannada proficiency is an added advantage.
