Site Head- Pharma (15+ yrs, North India)

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations at the facility, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the global supply chain strategy.
• Drive performance, foster continuous improvement, and guide a cross-functional team toward efficient, sustainable operations; ideal candidates are results-oriented, resilient, collaborative, and empathetic.

• Strategic Leadership: Manage all aspects of the sterile injectable plant's operations, including production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and EHS.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Operational Excellence: Promote continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency, cost control, and product quality; lead digital initiatives like optical inspection and serialization.
• People Management: Develop and guide a high-performing, cross-functional team while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
• Project Execution: Lead capacity expansions, technology transfers, and the commissioning of new production lines, including lyophilization and isolator filling systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with corporate leaders, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure alignment of plant operations with overall business goals.

• Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or MBA in Operations/Production preferred.
• Atleast 15 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing, including a minimum of 5 years in Site/Plant leadership within a similar production setting.
• Experience in sterile manufacturing within healthcare or medical devices is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and lead multiple plant teams successfully.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory standards such as EUMDR, USFDA, MHRA, and others.
