Role:- You will be a part of the operations & planning team of the Marketing & Communications group at Robosoft Technologies, a leading mid-size IT services company. We offer solutions in digital product consulting, experience design, engineering and analytics. - The Marketing Communications team drives the branding efforts of Robosoft crafting the brand positioning, creative expression, website content, collaterals for business development and content distribution on social media, email and other platforms. - The primary role is to assist the Senior Manager - Marketing & Communications in planning, coordinating and executing the day-to-day activities of the group.Responsibilities:- Initiating, supervising & executing activities pertaining to marketing communication needs of Robosoft as per business needs and agreed plans. These include planning communication campaigns, briefing internal stake holders in design, development, content writing & SEO specialists- Ensuring timely, on-brand and error-free delivery of all collaterals- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as HR and business development and initiating timely communication requirements such as decks, promotional material- Planning, executing and monitoring paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn or similar- Working with SMEs to initiate the brief to create content such as web case studies, PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics, ebooks- Assisting sales and pre-sales teams with relevant decks/case studies/collaterals for RFPs and customer meetings- Handling the social media accounts of Robosoft, including planning, executing, posting, analyzing and reporting.- Working with SEO personnel to increase the traffic to the website, resulting in MQL's.- Researching and ideating new/innovative digital marketing and marcom strategies based on reports.- Initiating and managing timely progress reports, task lists and work flows .The ideal candidate:- Proactive thinking, flair for creative ideation, good verbal & written communication skills- Ability to handle pressure of multiple tasks and project expectations- Ability to coordinate with internal and external teams seamlessly- Experience in creating decks right from concept, flow and writing- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals including SMM, and SEO- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a B2B IT Services organisation as part of their marketing communications team or relevant content marketing/ad agency experience (ref:updazz.com)
