The Planning & Scheduling Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for high-rise and large-scale real estate developments. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual and organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities📅 Planning & SchedulingDevelop baseline project schedules using MS ProjectPrepare WBS, activity sequencing, logic links, and resource loadingIdentify critical path and monitor float consumptionDevelop recovery schedules and mitigation plans📊 Monitoring & ControlTrack project progress and update schedules periodicallyPerform delay analysis (EOT claims, impact analysis)Generate S-curves, dashboards, and MIS reportsConduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions🤝 CoordinationCoordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractorsSupport procurement planning and material trackingEnsure alignment between construction, MEP, finishing, and façade works💰 Cost & Risk SupportAssist in cost control and cash flow forecastingConduct risk analysis and scenario simulationsSupport budgeting and resource optimization📑 ReportingPrepare weekly/monthly progress reportsPresent schedule status to senior managementMaintain documentation for claims and contractual correspondenceRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering5–10+ years of experience in high-rise and large-scale real estate projectsStrong knowledge of project lifecycle (excavation to handover)Expertise in:MS ProjectAdvanced Excel
