  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing incoming guest
  • Travel arrangements for internal team
  • Incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Hospitality Management.
  • Any other administrative work as directed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages/couriers.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and products and understanding the requirement and communicated to sales in a prescribed format.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients and internal staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

  • Compile and update contact lists.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to communicate well in English, Hindi and one local language.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office like Word, Excel.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
