- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages/couriers.
- Assist with inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and products and understanding the requirement and communicated to sales in a prescribed format.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients and internal staff.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

- Compile and update contact lists.
- Ability to communicate well in English, Hindi and one local language.
- Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office like Word, Excel.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
