We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits, explain project details, and successfully close sales. The candidate will play a key role in converting leads into bookings and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Activities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal aspects
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM
- Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policies
- Convert site visits into bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare booking forms, agreements, and coordinate with documentation team
- Assist clients through the booking and payment process
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from inquiry to handover
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Good knowledge of real estate projects and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
