Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits, explain project details, and successfully close sales. The candidate will play a key role in converting leads into bookings and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Activities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal aspects
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients
  • Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM
Closing & Sales Activities:
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policies
  • Convert site visits into bookings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare booking forms, agreements, and coordinate with documentation team
  • Assist clients through the booking and payment process
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from inquiry to handover
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and closing abilities
  • Good knowledge of real estate projects and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
