- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Master’s degree in a business related field.
- Experience in investigative work with online tools such as Google analytics or omniture, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), video, display and app advertising.
- Experience in translating data and trends into recommendations, strategies, and actionable insights.
- Ability to be data-driven and problem-solving.
- Excellent project management, people management, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
- Bridge the gap between the customer’s business goals and technical execution by defining the specific key performance indicators that drive true bottom-line impact.
- Architect custom Google Ad suites specifically designed to meet the unique maturity and scale of each client’s business.
- Act as the central hub between internal stakeholders and research teams, gathering account insights and historical data to ensure every proposal is grounded in evidence and competitive intelligence.
- Consult with clients to help them look past immediate metrics, educating them on how specific advertising levers can be pulled to unlock new market opportunities and long-term scalability.
