Proficient knowledge of development tools and Q tools (BES Q basics, ECR, RACE, Concessions, 8D,Focus matrix, DRBFM, FMEA, Requirements engineering, hazard list, Procodex, TCD, deviation check list, BOM, customer drawing, B number creation, sample order process, etc.)
Proficient understanding of product and sub-component specific design, manufacturing process,function, material influence and reliability and the validation of these characteristics
Advanced functional overview of IC engines and sensors
Advanced competence in tolerance calculations, material expertise, DoE
