This includes network design, security compliance, disaster recovery planning, facility management, cost optimization, inter-cloud connectivity, and automated provisioning. The goal is to support business operations, ensure business continuity, and maximize resource efficiency.Job DescriptionCustomer:
  • Provide exceptional technical support for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, prioritizing customer impact and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate effectively with other IT teams (e.g., security, software development) to ensure infrastructure supports all aspects of the platform, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, management, and external stakeholders regarding infrastructure status and projects, promoting transparency and teamwork.
Data, Asset Management, and Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance and infrastructure health to ensure operational excellence and reliability.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems, supporting seamless operations and accurate reporting.
Financial Results
  • Contribute to financial results by optimizing infrastructure performance and reliability, reducing downtime and associated costs.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within infrastructure management, enhancing financial efficiency.
Operations
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee on-premises infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Network Architecture: Design and manage network components to support business operations.
  • Security Compliance: Implement security controls and update policies to protect data.
  • Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop plans to minimize downtime and data loss during disasters.
  • Facility Management: Maintain data center conditions, including power and cooling systems.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
