- Manage global run support of iTAC MES & other manufacturing applications to ensure application stability and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand factory-specific processes and tailor development & configurations accordingly.
- Develop and execute development, deployment & run support strategies, migration plans, and risk mitigation measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex development, deployment & run support issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Operations) to ensure seamless integration with ERP, shop-floor systems, and IoT devices.
- Establish and enforce standardized development, deployment & run support methodologies and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to regional teams and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Monitor progress, report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data integrity, and regulatory requirements during deployments.
- Stay updated on manufacturing applications advancements and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for global manufacturing operations.
- 5+ years of experience in MES development and implementation, preferably with strong expertise in iTAC MES.
- Proven track record of leading global or multi-site development, deployments & run support in discrete manufacturing environments.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, architecture, and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex challenges.
- Proficiency in C#, VB, .NET, Angular, SQL server, Oracle DB, Integration technologies, and scripting for data migration and troubleshooting and familiarity with IoT connectivity.
- Exposure to Agile project methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
