Job Profile:
∙Researching and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentations
∙Writing and checking of legal documents
∙Negotiation of terms and conditions
∙Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients
Assisting in drafting real estate transactions
∙ Work with Group Compliance Officer
∙Drafting of documents - Agreement, Power of attorney, Flat sale agreement, Affidavits, etc.
∙Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions.
∙Land Acquisition / Redevelopment / Self Development, Due diligence, Ability to execute Land
documents, joint ventures, Title report or title study
∙Reviewing and preparing leases and amendments.
∙Representation in RERA department went required.
∙Having a knowledge for registration of Projects on RERA Website, Uploading / updating stages on
RERA website
∙Keeping a track on regulatory and compliance-related requirements
∙Representing clients in sale of properties and other exhibitions
∙Ensuring that all property documentations are in line with the property laws and regulations
∙Monitoring property taxes and value estimates
∙Representing clients in court and drafting legal pleadings
∙Support para legal associates
Requirements
∙7 to 9 years of relevant experience, preferably with a good understanding of Real estate &
Infrastructure sectors
∙Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
∙A thorough understanding of the current law and regulations
∙Holding a valid license to practice law
∙Specific real estate knowledge, financial expertise and investigative research
∙Complete knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the real estate industry
∙Familiarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, property management, and sales
transactions
∙Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
∙Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information
∙Ability to work in a team and autonomously
∙ Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work is
