Role: Process Designer Key Responsibilities Performing End to End Process Design; Defining KPIs which will be used to determine the viability of process design; Collecting change requests related to process design from department heads and enacting those changes; Finalizing project reports and other documents; Establishing IT tooling is required through discussion with the section manager and subject matter expert; Leading design sessions with stakeholders, sharing insight gathered from scrutiny of existing processes; Fostering a culture of continuous process improvement and sharing those values with others through mentorship Skill References: MBA from Tier 1 Institute preferred. Engineering can be optional. 3 5 years experience in IT/Telecom industry 4+ years in process design and implementation Experience in continuous improvement of processes Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course certification or other equivalent training; Proven experience in operation management; Self motivated, detail oriented, and committed to quality; Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion; Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding team members to achieve objectives.
