- Develop and manage student engagement programs that promote active participation, leadership, and personal growth.
- Design and implement structured youth mentorship initiatives, connecting students with faculty, alumni, and external mentors.
- Organize events, workshops, and campaigns focused on life skills, career readiness, and social impact.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure integrated student support.
- Foster inclusive and diverse student communities through clubs, councils, and cultural/social initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate student engagement activities to assess impact and effectiveness.
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students on personal and professional development.
- Act as a point of contact for student concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with external organizations and youth networks to create partnership opportunities.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation related to engagement and mentorship initiatives.
- Graduation required
- 5 years of experience in student engagement, youth mentorship, or developmental programs.
- Strong understanding of youth psychology, leadership development, and student affairs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for youth empowerment and education.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations in a collaborative environment.
