Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for End to End Teacher recruitment. Getting the Job description from the hiring managers and actively source profiles based on requirements. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are logged and tracked. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ Years of experience in the Education/Teacher Recruitment field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
