Perform operational tasks within at least two out of three related to Pricing Team areas: Pricing Master data / Price Control / Price Claims. Responsible to ensure Pricing processes compliance with related financial controls. Responsible to ensure Pricing processes are efficient by gaps spotting and cooperation with CD team.Responsibilities
Pricing Masterdata management
· Process pricing conditions or rebate agreements creation/change requests in SAP after execution of relevant approvals
· Ensure Pricing Masterdata processes are done in compliance with related financial controls
· Seek additional information from CD or other functions if neededPrice Control management
· Perform daily price control related operations
· Ensure price control tools are working correctly, spotting gaps, and raising them to relevant teams
· Perform month end activities related to price controlPrice Claims management
· Investigate price claims received according to country-specific process
· Perform credit/debit notes creation in SAP for valid claims
· Ensure Price Claims processes are done in compliance with related financial controls
· Seek additional information from CD or other functions if neededContinuous improvement
· Efficient and self-driven in problem solving and decision taking
· Ensure that in terms of Pricing processes in scope high quality of operational standards is delivered
· Cooperate with team members responsible for other Pricing areas to ensure efficiency of the process
· Implement improvements to current processes
· Involvement in projects related to Pricing
· Customer Development in MSO
· Customer Facing Specialist
· Claim Registration Specialist, Cash Applicator
· Solution Specialists, e.g., Logistic Claims Management, Trade Terms
· CS Processes Coordinators, CS Processes Control Specialists
- Any department, e.g., IT, which can support in resolving a query
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation/ Masters
