Area of Responsibility:· Acquisition of New Business Partner of Sharekhan Limited· Handholding & Training of new Business Partner· Signage, Mandatory poster, logger, etc installation at BP outletPrimary Responsibility:· New Franchisee acquisition· Presence of Sharekhan in all major districts of Bihar· Sharekhan Software training· Preparation of Prospect List with the help of BP· Training BP & their employee for client acquisition/app demo etc· Signage, Mandatory poster, logger, etc installation at BP outlet· LMS calling & Sending MIS on daily basis· Monthly ReportAdditional Responsibility· Inauguration of BP with his clients· Monthly Report & Daily MIS· Partners & their staff training on Investments ,Trading, TradeTiger. etc· Liaoning with other departments to quickly resolve HNI client/BP queries.RequirementsPERSONAL skills:· Good Communication and leadership skills.· Fast learner.· Adaptive.· Equity / MF Knowledge.BenefitsAdvantage with us
