Job Description:Drafting and vetting commercial agreements including Joint Venture Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Supply Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Service Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, etc.Drafting and vetting litigation pleadings, notices, and replies to notices.Researching and analyzing legal issues to provide practical solutions.Managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.Representing the company in legal proceedings and hearings.Coordinating with external legal counsels for ongoing matters.Overseeing regulatory and compliance matters to ensure statutory adherence.
