- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the IAM system.
- Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
- Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
- Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
- Provide training to new users on the IAM system.
- Update and maintain the IAM system according to changes in the organization's business needs.
- Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity, strong overall IT work experience is required.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices (authentication and authorization, identity and access management, access governance, privileged accounts management)
- Familiarity with IAM systems (e.g. Saviynt, SailPoint), PAM systems (e.g. BeyondTrust), and security controls.
- Experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, and database (Oracle, SQL) security.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and word processing software, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good verbal, written and presentation skills in English are required.
- Candidates have hands-on experience managing or working closely with outsourcing partners and services
- Scripting skills basics (SQL, REST API, PowerShell, XML, JavaBean, or similar)
- Certification in information technology or information security
