Job Title: Manager - B2C Sales (EdTech / Professional Programs)Department: Sales & GrowthLocation: Noida Reporting To: Head of Sales / Business Head Role Overview:The Manager - B2C Sales will be responsible for driving revenue through direct-to-consumer sales of SkillzRevo Academy's flagship programs, including Advanced Multi-Cloud & DevOps, Cyber Security, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.This role involves leading counsellors/inside sales teams, managing the complete sales funnel, improving conversion rates, and ensuring high-quality learner enrollments through phone, WhatsApp, and digital leads. Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Sales Ownership:- Drive monthly and quarterly B2C revenue targets for technology training programs- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead qualification - counselling - closure - enrollment- Ensure high lead-to-enrollment conversion rates Team Management & Coaching:- Lead, train, and mentor B2C counsellors / inside sales executives- Conduct daily stand-ups, call audits, and performance reviews- Implement structured sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques Lead Management & Conversion:- Handle inbound leads from Meta ads, Google ads, website, WhatsApp, and CRM- Ensure fast lead response (SLA adherence) and effective follow-ups- Improve conversion through role-based pitching (Developer, Support, QA, Fresher, etc.) Program Selling Focus:- Sell high-demand programs including:- Advanced Multi-Cloud, DevOps & MLOps Engineer ProgramCyber Security & Ethical Hacking:- Data Science & Business Analytics- Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI Programs- Clearly communicate program value, career outcomes, and ROI CRM, Reporting & Analytics:- Maintain accurate data in CRM (lead status, call notes, conversions)Track KPIs such as:- Cost per lead (CPL)- Conversion rate- Revenue per counsellor- Aging leads & follow-up efficiency- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports Collaboration & Process Improvement:- Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance- Coordinate with Training & Operations teams for batch planning and onboarding- Provide feedback on pricing, offers, and learner objections to improve sales strategy Required Skills & Competencies: - Sales & Leadership Skills- Strong B2C sales closing skills- Experience in EdTech / Training / Professional Certification sales preferred- Ability to handle high-volume leads and high-ticket programs- Proven ability to build and manage inside sales teams Domain Understanding (Preferred):Basic understanding of:- Cloud Computing & DevOps- Cyber Security- Data Science & AI / GenAI- Ability to explain technical programs in simple, career-oriented language Communication & Tools:- Excellent verbal and written communication- Comfortable with phone sales, WhatsApp selling, and video counselling- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)- Data-driven decision-making mindset Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)- 5-8 years of experience in B2C sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role- Prior experience in EdTech, IT training, or certification sales is highly desirable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Monthly & quarterly revenue achievement- Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate- Team productivity & individual counsellor performance- Lead response time & follow-up adherence- Customer satisfaction & enrollment quality Why Join SkillzRevo Academy?- High-growth EdTech organization in emerging technologies- Strong demand for Cloud, DevOps, AI & Cyber Security programs- Performance-driven culture with leadership growth opportunities- Competitive fixed + incentive structure (ref:updazz.com)
