In This Role, You Will:Core FocusImpactDevelop & Optimize Pricing StrategyLeverage advanced analytics, AI-driven modeling, and market intelligence to set, test, and refine pricing for new and existing SKUs across advertising and SaaS portfolios.Own SKU GovernanceEstablish a disciplined framework for SKU creation, lifecycle management, and bundling/discount policies, ensuring clarity across global teams.Lead Pricing Analytics ProjectsDrive high-visibility initiatives—from elasticity studies to willingness-to-pay research—delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.Build Pricing ToolsDesign and maintain self-service dashboards, scenario models, and AI-assisted recommendation engines in SQL/Sigma/Tableau/Excel that scale with the business.Quarterly Pricing ReviewsProduce concise, data-rich readouts on price performance, emerging risks, and growth opportunities for executive stakeholders.Cross-Functional PartnershipServe as the connective tissue between Product, Sales Ops, Finance, and Marketing to align pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions.Here's What You Need:
- 8–10 years in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS / AdTech or Hospitality Tech.
- Experience in AI-augmented pricing frameworks—research-driven, hypothesis-led, and supported by LLM insights.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Sigma/Tableau, and Excel; ability to independently build complex pricing models.
- Proven ability to govern large, intricate SKU catalogs and execute pricing transformations at scale.
- At ease working with engineering and data science teams to build digital assets that support pricing workflows.
- Familiarity with CPQ systems for SKU management and pricing implementation; direct CPQ implementation experience is a plus but not required.
- Solid foundation in statistical and pricing methods—e.g., elasticity modeling, conjoint analysis, customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with C-suite presence and the ability to translate data into persuasive narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Math, Computer Science, or a quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
