Job Summary:The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the organization’s cash flow and financial health.Key Responsibilities:Generate and send invoices to clients/customers in a timely mannerMonitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue paymentsReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly postedMaintain records of all transactions, payments, and account statusesResolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer queries regarding invoicesCoordinate with internal departments (sales, operations) for billing and collection-related issuesPrepare regular aging reports and collection forecastsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirementsAssist in month-end closing and reporting
