- Responsible for driving sales through Branches/Open Market/Digital channels to achieve operating plan for Axis Bank Affluent Cards (NTB / ETB Acquisition)
- Will be responsible for Sales & Fees Volume - New Cards Acquisitions & cross Sell Affluent Products such as Burgundy Account, CASA etc.
- Develop & execute strategies to ensure that the channel achieves its targets with in its budgeted cost of acquisition
- Work closely with functions like Risk, Branch Channel, Salary Channels, Burgundy & Priority channels.
- Budget Manpower requirement, Facilitate Hiring & training of the recruited manpower
- Ensure that all the sales processes meets all the statutory & regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance norms
- Preferably MBA with at least 10+ years of experience in financial services, Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Credit Card Sales
- Minimum 3 years of Team handling experience in Credit Cards Sales
- The Market Head is a highly focused position to ensure a top quality service-oriented team and highly successful Sales / Telesales team.
- He/she shall be revenue focused and driven as he/she will be responsible for a variable revenue generation product based on the sales nos.
- Build and execute strategies to drive higher productivity and lower costs across his/her team
- Good understanding of Credit Cards, Unsecured & Secured Asset product & understanding on Liabilities side of banking & HNI Sourcing
- Exposure of handling Retail Sales - Large Sales Teams along with minimum 4 years of experience with Credit Cards
