Provides Techno-Commercial support to various operational and functional areas of the site, in line with business objectives and Techno-Commercial function operating model.Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive plan aligned with BU strategy and CPO guidelines.Design Site Function Structure:Ensure alignment with the operating model, group organization design principles, and site requirements.Category Analysis:Develop and oversee procurement plans for all categories at the site level. Lead strategic sourcing for CapEx, OpEx, and services including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and selection.Supplier Management:Vendor Performance Management:Establish and govern vendor performance evaluation processes. Engage with vendors to identify and implement performance improvements.Implement vendor engagement mechanisms based on group guidelines.Contract Management:Review and approve contracts for site-specific procurements.People Management:Formulate manpower plan, drive a collaborative and a high performance driven culture - Set goals, review performanceand provide feedback.
