Role Description: We're on the lookout for a part-time hybrid Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Pune. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Wisdomseed, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth through operations, strategic sales initiatives, and impactful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Execute sales operations, and strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, meetings, and presentations to showcase the value of our services. Collaborate in developing engaging content and marketing materials. Manage social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement. Monitor and carry sales operations, along with performance, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales and CRM management. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating compelling content. Passion for mental wellness and corporate learning is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Preferred age range: 20-40.
