- Deliver global masterclasses on best practices
- Proactively build talent pipelines of diverse candidates in line with business needs
- Source, recruit, pre-screen, assess and present top-quality candidates
- Manage candidate expectations with regard to pay, benefits, culture, career growth,etc.
- Partner with hiring managers to create recruiting strategies designed to identify and source qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
- Provide real-time interview processes and best practices training to hiring managers in order to ensure a consistent and effective selection process
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards to ensure job leveling and equity are aligned
- Develop strong understanding of the business and roles
- Continue to refresh that knowledge in order to effectively research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with colleagues in the human resources to develop solutions, programs and policies. Build networks to maintain a talent pipeline.

- 10+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 4+ years of experience working with product / technology companies
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
