Function Pay Band Role The purpose of your role will be to Ensure Security and Safeguard of Assets, Material and Workforce at location from possible risks (External and Internal) by identifying and work towards mitigating them that there is no unplanned Interruptions of plant operations. A purpose driven role for you Ensure Security processes for Plant's Smooth Operations. Provide timely Intelligence Inputs related to Labour activities of Plant, Vendor Parners, etc for effective preparation, planning and response. Create contingency Plan to counter any Crisis / Emergency. Effective Liaison with Police, Local Admin & Government authorities for result oriencted relationship. Provide specialized training to employees on Fire fighting, Self defence, etc Work on various administration responsibilities as per requirement Ensure Person Management & Judicious deployment of outsourced Security workforce Frame, Review and Amend Processes & SOPs as per requirement, Access Control Management, Logistics Management adhering to TAT & EMF norms, Traffic Management, etc You will be responsible to look after the audits - Security Operations, Safety & 5S. A Day in the life Academic Qualification & Experience Minimum 12 Yrs. of service inclusive Army / Para-military & Corporate Experience Experience in handling Security in large Manufacturing set up.
