Description:You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Hygiene is responsible to manage the Hygiene Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining, auditing and testing the areas in Food and Beverage and by providing training and guidance to all the Food & Beverage associate.Qualifications:Ideally with a university degree or diploma in microbiology. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in Hygiene in large operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
