- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts and SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Manage costs by devising optimum account coverage plans and expenses of team members
- Working closely with various sales channel heads (Govt., Corporate accounts) for tenders and price contracts
- Review and manage team performance through SFE, coaching and providing developmental inputs
- Managing smooth recruitment, on boarding and exit of team members
- Working closely with commercial training team on executing various training programs and provide inputs on timely basis, to develop such programs
- Coach and monitor team on Ethics and Compliance
- Execute P5 and GTM by closely working with the marketing team
- Focus on driving growth across channels
- Drive profitability by managing SGP and expenses
- Driving Market Development initiative in IGM Locations and by collaboration with Corporate Chains from north
- Exploring and establishing new products and therapies
- Achievement of primary sales target revenue from new accounts
- Achievement of primary sales target revenue from existing accounts
- Meet SGP Expectation by selling right product mix in the region
- Revenue split from Trade , Corporate and Govt. accounts
