
Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate for Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly data , arrange it in required formats and keep it ready for presentations and discussions.
- Take data ownership – storage and presentation as required, maintain up to date master data and commercial records.
- Archive old or obsolete data files with proper versioning.
- Follow up with sales team- each person for pending updates on all reporting aspects and ensure that their data is ready in the required format.
- Conduct weekly score-card calls about the timely reporting from sales team.
- Support trade show planning and marketing efforts including SM marketing.
- Sales Funnel Maintenance – ensure that the sale team is working on the sales.
- funnels and maintain sales funnel for fortnightly discussions.
- Prepare weekly internal memos, presentations for key meetings, and management PDF reports.
- Assist the BU Head for day to day activities and other exigent work.
- Above average skills in MS Excel (Pivot, slicer, V-lookups etc), Power point.
- Word and other office tools , ability to understand numbers/data.
- Good Communication skills, languages English, Hindi, Gujarati will eb added advantage.
- Self-Driven; Self Motivated, ability to work in a team environment with strong focus on target achievement.
- Fresher with above skill set may also be cosidered.
