Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM India is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects. The role involves end-to-end coordination, client interfacing, schedule and quality oversight, and ensuring successful project execution in line with contractual and organizational requirements.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage overall project coordination, including planning, design development, and delivery activities.
  • Interface effectively with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor and control project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality compliance.
  • Coordinate and lead technical reviews, design approvals, and internal quality checks.
  • Support contractual communication, progress reporting, and documentation in line with project and client requirements.
  • Identify project risks and support mitigation planning in coordination with discipline leads.
  • Ensure adherence to AECOM's quality management systems, safety standards, and project governance processes.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.E./B.Tech / M.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and/or design projects.
  • Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex deliverables.
  • Experience working in consulting or design-led project environments is preferred.
Additional InformationTechnical Skills
  • Proficiency in relevant design and coordination tools, such as:
  • AutoCAD
  • Civil 3D
  • GIS (as applicable)
  • Strong working knowledge of industry standards, engineering practices, and applicable codes.
  • Ability to review and interpret drawings, technical documents, and project reports.
