
Senior Executive/AM - EHS

- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections across locations, offsite facilities, and in-house operations to ensure EHS compliance
- Manage and facilitate internal audits and inspection programs related to Health and Safety
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance overall Health and Safety performance
- Participate in incident and accident investigations to determine root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Lead Tool Box Talks (TBT) before commencing delivery activities
- Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections of tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Supervise loading/unloading operations at airports and data centers
- Provide environmental advice and technical expertise through policies, guidelines, procedures, and hands-on demonstrations
- Perform periodic evaluations to ensure compliance with environmental permits, plans, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support the Environmental Management Program to ensure full compliance with corporate and statutory requirements
- Provide Health and Safety technical expertise for equipment modifications and ATEX assessments
- Deliver education and training to facility personnel on safety and environmental programs
- Offer Health and Safety technical support for site-specific initiatives and projects
- Coordinate and assist with safety committee meetings, production safety meetings, trainings, and orientations
- Collect and input data related to man-hours, ensuring accuracy
- Collect, review, and perform trend analysis on injury and illness data
- Complete all required OSHA and environmental reports

- Bachelor’s degree in health and safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2-5 Years of EHS experience in freight forwarding preferred
- Interface effectively with outside agencies, vendors, set medics, and all levels of employees
- Must have strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of CargoWise preferred
- Basic knowledge of freight movement, air vendors, air space configurations, container loads, special loading constraints, regulatory requirements, pricing, service routings, AIT product offerings, equipment types, incoterms, and shipment profitability.
- Basic knowledge of country regulations
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with a variety of people; can effectively present information in one-on-one settings.
- Must be available to work all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and hurricane emergencies.
