Location: Mumbai, MaharashtraPosition Overview:As a Senior Software Developer at Purplle.com, you will be key in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers and collaborate on projects that leverage your expertise in Golang, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka and Google Cloud Platform.Key Responsibilities:●Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Golang, Node.js
●Create and optimise database schemas and queries using MySQL and MongoDB.
●Implement caching solutions with Redis.
●Integrate and work with event streaming platforms like Kafka.
●Collaborate with team members to design and implement complex product solutions.●Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment.●Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.●Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy applications on GCP, AWS, and Kubernetes.
●Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
●Work independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.
●Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development practices.Qualifications:
●4-6 years of software development experience, preferably in a product-based company.●Bachelor's degree in Computer/IT Engineering or a related field.
●Proficiency in either Golang or Node.js
●Strong knowledge of MySQL, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, and data structures.
●Experience with GCP, AWS, and Kubernetes is a plus.
●Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
●Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
●Ability to work on complex, end-to-end software projects.
●A team player with the ability to also work independently●Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
●Plus points if you have worked on product based company with the preferred domain of e-commerce
