The ideal candidate is passionate about brand voice and tone, and conveying brand identity through effective and clever messaging. You will take on projects that span marketing, advertising, digital, social media, and member experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Write engaging and thoughtful copy across social, print, video, digital for diverse projects such as emailers, advertising campaigns, physical assets, web content, sales collateral, PR related functions, scripts, digital and social ad campaigns and more To research social trends and suggest innovate and unique ideas that not only align with the brand, but also have a potentially viral impact To successfully create communication strategies to position our range of products and solutions To experiment with various AI tools, content platforms and formats To have a great knowledge of copy, advertising and social media See projects through the whole creative lifestyle - from inception to deployment with multiple stakeholders To uphold the WeWork narrative across multiple target audiences including prospective and current members, employees, and partners Take creative briefs and generate fresh copy in line with the brand Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and other stakeholders Edit and proofread copy whenever necessary Uphold and help maintain Voice Guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all our communication Collaborating with the Brand, Marketing, PR teams and various cross-functional departments to develop content and social media strategy Ability to manage multiple projects within the stipulated timelines Experience and Desired Qualifications: 4-5 years experience in a renowned social media agency or brand. Bachelor's degree preferably in English, writing, journalism, or another relevant subject. Experience in copywriting and content writing-including ad copy, print copy, campaign copy, long-form copy Outstanding writing and grammar chops with refined proofreading and editing skills. Must have handled campaigns for brands, right from ideation to execution. Good knowledge of content marketing, content creation and trends. Highly organised and able to manage many projects cross departmentally at once. Motivated by writing copy that inspires. Must work with tight deadlines and a fast-paced work life.
