Job Description: Oracle ADF Developer Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ADF development and will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using Oracle ADF technology. The candidate should be proficient in Java and possess hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware components. Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust enterprise applications using Oracle ADF technology, adhering to best practices and design patterns. User Interface (UI) Development: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using ADF Faces components, ADF Task Flows, and ADF Regions. Backend Development: Implement business logic and data processing using Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies within the Oracle ADF framework. Integration: Integrate Oracle ADF applications with other systems and third-party services using web services, RESTful APIs, and Oracle SOA Suite. Customization and Extension: Customize and extend Oracle ADF components and functionality to meet specific business requirements. Testing: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle ADF applications. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Oracle ADF applications through optimization techniques and tuning. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code documentation, and deployment guides. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and system administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle ADF applications, troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing enhancements as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle ADF Certification) is a plus. Proven experience (3-6 years) in developing enterprise applications using Oracle ADF framework. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and experience with J2EE technologies (Servlets, JSP, JDBC, etc.). Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle ADF Business Components, and Oracle ADF Faces. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience with Oracle database technologies (SQL, PL/SQL) and Oracle SQL Developer. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery and Bootstrap. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
