This role focuses on ensuring accurate employee data management, strong governance, audit readiness, and service excellence, while leading teams and driving continuous improvement through digitisation and automation.What you will doLead end-to-end delivery of HR Work Practice Administration services across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness.Manage, coach and develop teams, including performance management, capability building and succession planning.Ensure strong quality, risk and control frameworks, maintaining audit readiness and data integrity across HR systems.Build and maintain effective relationships with senior HR stakeholders and market partners, leading service reviews and issue resolution.Drive process improvement, standardisation, digitisation and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Who you are
- Experienced in SuccessFactors, particularly Organisation Management and Employee Central modules.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across geographies.
- Skilled in delivering services within defined SLAs and quality standards.
- Familiar with shared services environments and global HR operations.
- Demonstrates people leadership capability with a focus on collaboration, trust and continuous improvement.
