Job Duties**Must have 7+ years' of experience with Salesforce**
- Maintain and manage core business automations related to product support, customer implementation and AR. Ability to understand, document and report on related business processes, configurations that integrate with Salesforce service cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and questions reported by the business related to Salesforce Service Cloud
- Independently gather and document business requirements of new initiatives or changes to existing processes/procedures impacting Salesforce Service, asking detailed questions to ensure our customers provide scope and success criteria.
- Writes effective User Stories, including a problem statement with defined trigger points, testing Scenarios and tech recommendations within a JIRA story ticket.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy declarative solutions impacting Salesforce Service Cloud modules as well as understanding downstream implications for other connected systems
- Initiates and performs UAT with business stakeholders, showing clear comprehension of the requested new process flow.
- Manage and support key technical initiatives through data analysis on processes related to initiatives within scope
- Evaluate new technological solutions and make recommendations to enhance Salesforce user experience in coordination with the Development Leads and System Architecture.
- Develop appropriate documentation for architectural, design, technical, implementation and test activities.
- At least one Salesforce Certification including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer and/or Service Cloud Consultant
- Bachelors degrees in computer science or similar experience
- A minimum of 7+ years of relevant professional experience in supporting/implementing Salesforce.
- Understanding of the impacts to all Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, Experience and CPQ) related to the relevant processes
- Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce including Reporting, User Administration, and declarative development utilizing Flow. Coding experience (APEX/JavaScript) is a nice-to-have
- Understanding of Service Cloud-specific configuration including OmniChannel, Chat, Support Settings, Entitlements and Milestones etc.
- Ability to create, deploy, and maintain Salesforce custom reports and dashboards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and comfortable providing end user support and functional trainings
- Experience with Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds
- Experience with API integration and common protocols including SOAP, REST.
- Understanding of the Salesforce Data Model and how objects interact
- Experience with Dataloader/Salesforce Inspector/Workbench utility and ability to extract data via SOQL query
- Capable to create data analysis outside of Salesforce using MS Excel and/or a reporting system such as PowerBi
- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment practices leveraging Git, Copado etc. is a nice-to-have
