- Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts by expanding wallet share, driving contract renewals, and winning competitive conversions across IVD portfolios.
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships (CXO, clinical, procurement) to position long-term partnerships and enterprise-wide solutions.
- Lead complex deal execution including pricing, tenders, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to deliver profitable growth.
- Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and VoC-led account plans to ensure predictable revenue and high customer retention.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in sales, key account, or enterprise account management within the IVD / diagnostics segment of healthcare.
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise IVD sales, consistently exceeding targets and managing large, complex hospital and laboratory accounts.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop and execute customer acquisition, wallet-share expansion, and long-term account growth strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage CXOs, clinicians, lab heads, and procurement leaders.
