Role Description As the E-Commerce Head at AMPM Luxury Fashion, you will be responsible for driving the digital strategy and leading the global e-commerce team. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, e-commerce trends, and a proven track record of enhancing online customer experiences. The successful candidate will be pivotal in shaping and executing the digital roadmap to elevate AMPM's online presence and drive revenue growth. Digital Strategy and Planning: o Develop and execute the global e-commerce strategy aligned with AMPM's business objectives. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce initiatives with marketing, sales, and brand strategies. Team Leadership: o Lead and inspire a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. o Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. User Experience and Conversion Optimization: o Oversee the design and implementation of a seamless online shopping experience that aligns with AMPM's brand identity. o Implement strategies to optimise conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and enhance overall user satisfaction. Technology and Platform Management: o Stay abreast of e-commerce technology trends and advancements. o Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the e-commerce platform is robust, scalable, and delivers a best-in-class user experience. Performance Analysis and Reporting: o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations. o Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the performance of the e-commerce channel. Partnerships and Collaborations: o Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance the brand's online presence and reach new audiences. o Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to amplify the brand's digital footprint. Qualifications Strong analytical skills Experience in sales and e-commerce (Min. 5 Years) Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful e-commerce strategies. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technology trends, and digital marketing. Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
