Job Summary:We are seeking a performance-driven Senior Associate - Amazon Ads to manage and execute advertising campaigns across Amazon and other key marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Amazon Ads and a proactive attitude towards learning and optimizing performance. Prior experience in an agency setup and familiarity with platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, and Quick Commerce will be a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities :Amazon Ads Campaign Execution :- Set up, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.- Track key performance indicators such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC.- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign efficiency.Support for Other Platforms :- Assist in managing campaigns on Flipkart Ads, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) as needed.- Stay updated with changes in ad formats and algorithms on these platforms.Performance Reporting :- Generate campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis.- Share insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients for continuous improvement.Client Coordination & Communication :- Work closely with client servicing and account management teams to align ad strategies with client objectives.- Communicate campaign performance updates clearly and effectively.Collaboration & Learning :- Collaborate with team members on strategic brainstorming and problem-solving.- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce advertising.Key Skills & Requirements :- 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon Ads campaigns.- Exposure to Flipkart Ads, Myntra, and Quick Commerce advertising is a strong plus.- Preferably from a digital marketing or performance marketing agency background.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.- Good command of Excel and basic analytics/reporting tools.- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities.
