- Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive client exhibits, including personal financial statements, cash flow projections, investment allocations, and estate flowcharts.
- Tax Lifecycle Management: Assist in the end-to-end tax process, including data gathering from third parties, tax forecasting, and managing quality control for e-filings and estimated payments.
- Client Operations: Manage the onboarding and maintenance of client platforms, ensuring the systematic organization of fund documentation. Proactively track and schedule annual obligations, such as property taxes and interest payments, to maintain operational efficiency across all internal systems.
- Investment Support: Proactively monitor cash balances, manage private banking services, and interface with internal groups to execute investment tasks and third-party subscriptions.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain rigorous data management standards, handle positive/negative consent tracking, and ensure all client communications meet confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. MBA, CA, or CFA credentials preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with global teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and think critically under pressure.
