- Cyber Team Operations Facilitates activities of Cyber Exemption Request, Client Business Security and Cyber representative for Change Approval Board
- Cyber Exception Management Lead the review and assessment of exception requests submitted via tools or email. Collaborate with end users to understand their requirements and guide them through resolution—liaising as needed with relevant Technology or Cyber Security teams.
- Client Business Security: Serve as the focal point for fulfilling client Information Security needs. Manage deliverables such as RFP/RFI responses, contract reviews (MSAs), annual InfoSec assessments, and other client-specific security requirements and/or documentation.
- Change Approval Board: Represent the Cyber Team in reviewing change tickets for risk validation and ensure adherence to required Cyber Review protocols prior to approval.
- Business Collaboration & Issue Resolution Act as a strategic liaison between Business Units and internal teams to capture, communicate, and assign Cyber Security, Privacy, and BCM requests effectively
- Business Value Creation & Process Optimization Identify opportunities to enhance services through service catalog refinement and process improvement initiative, driving productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
