Role Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy . Should have knowledge of Events and Digital knowledge would be a plus. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning: Assist in developing marketing strategies and plans to promote products, services, or brands. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets, analyze consumer behavior, and conduct market research. Campaign Development and Execution: Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. Help in developing marketing collateral, content, and messaging to effectively communicate with the target audience. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Gather and analyze data to evaluate marketing campaigns' performance, measure return on investment (ROI), and identify areas for improvement. Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency and enhancing brand awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and activities. Marketing Communications: Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, press releases, and advertising copy. Ensure marketing communications align with the overall marketing strategy and brand image. Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and provide recommendations for future strategies. Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams, product managers, and creative teams, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
