- Connecting with clients through different Channels and Ensure regular CRM pipeline discipline, Forecasting accuracy and customer and opportunity management
- Generating leads via various sources for building a healthy sales pipeline
- Understanding prospects pain points, gathering requirements, correlating business value to prospect needs and determine the likelihood of the prospect being a good fit for Greytip offerings
- Developing sales-ready opportunities by qualifying accounts and collecting information that includes business case, timelines, drivers and triggers, influencers, decision-makers and other stakeholders
- Playing a key role in new business development through data gathering, screening and prospecting potential customers and managing the process leading to appointments
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Working closely with field sales and providing support in the sales cycle, Meeting and exceed quarterly/yearly targets
- Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, generate interest to stimulate opportunity
- Doing secondary research on various companies using search engines (Google, CrunchBase, Bloomberg, zoom info, zauba corp, etc.) and collecting all the information
- Log Lead generation / managements activity and contacts in sales system or CRM
- Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations for building relationships & identifying new opportunities
- Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Leads qualification and strategic segmentation of the leads with respect to the industry sector, domains and business units targeted
- Manage the entire (Top of Funnel) sales pipeline to enhance conversions, positive follow ups and better prospecting
- Identify opportunities by speaking to customers, understanding their requirements, educating them on our offerings and narrowing down possible opportunities of partnering
- Graduate preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-starter, goal oriented, and ability to work independently to meet company objectives
- Should have worked with at least one CRM software for planning and recording sales activities
- HRIS or HRMS Sales experience will be an added advantage for this profile.
